The Committee for Tourism Development, Promotion & Public Relations of the Municipality of Argostoli in collaboration with Dionysis Kaminaris Administrator of @wu_greece, one of the most popular travel communities internationally on Instagram, is organizing the #See_Kefalonia promotion campaign. A unique four-day photography that aims to highlight the beauties of Kefalonia through social media.
Famous Greek Instagrammers will be hosted on our island between 1/10 and 5/10, with the aim of living and relaying through their own Instagram channels, the unique travel experience that Kefalonia can offer.
The main hashtag of the campaign is #See_Kefalonia and we invite the Kefalonian creators to participate, who can post their trial photos from our island on Instagram, using the hashtag #See_Kefalonia and mentioning @Kefalonia_island_greece in their posts.
#See_Kefalonia will be completed in the summer of 2021 with the organization of a photo exhibition for Kefalonia, where the best photos from this campaign will be presented.
The initiative aims to promote our island and highlight its unique natural features, wanting to mark the end of the most difficult tourist season in the world, as well as to send a hopeful and optimistic message for 2021.
